Department: Human Resources / Recruitment Reports To: Recruitment Manager / HR Manager Location: [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for Oracle and Supply Chain Management (SCM) roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle technologies and supply chain operations, enabling them to identify, source, and recruit top talent for critical roles within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process aligns with the company's needs and supports its growth in Oracle and SCM functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment Efforts : Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for technical roles, focusing on Oracle-related positions (e.g., Oracle ERP specialists, Oracle Cloud experts) and Supply Chain Management positions (e.g., SCM Analysts, Supply Chain Consultants).
- Technical Screening : Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical expertise in Oracle systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database) and SCM functions (e.g., inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and procurement).
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers in both Oracle technology and Supply Chain teams to understand their specific requirements, ensuring the recruitment of the best candidates for the business.
- Job Postings & Sourcing : Create targeted job descriptions and postings on relevant platforms, such as LinkedIn, Oracle-specific communities, and SCM job boards, to attract top talent for Oracle and Supply Chain roles.
- Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Insights : Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Oracle technologies, Supply Chain Management innovations, and industry best practices to attract the most qualified candidates.
- Applicant Tracking & Reporting : Track candidates through the recruitment process using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Offer Negotiation : Assist in managing offer processes, ensuring that salary negotiations and offer packages align with market standards and organizational budget constraints.
- Diversity & Inclusion : Support diversity initiatives by ensuring a wide range of candidates are sourced from diverse backgrounds to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Employer Branding : Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and online communities to build a strong employer brand, particularly in the Oracle and SCM sectors.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with experience recruiting for Oracle and Supply Chain Management positions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle technologies , including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) , Oracle Cloud , Oracle Database , and other Oracle-related applications.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and processes, such as demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and SCM software.
- Familiarity with relevant tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor), and GitHub to source and engage with potential candidates.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms to manage candidates and recruitment workflows efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple job openings and candidates concurrently.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidates’ skill sets accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
- Oracle certifications or experience in Oracle tools such as Oracle ERP , Oracle SCM Cloud , or Oracle HCM .
- Knowledge of supply chain systems , including SAP SCM or other leading SCM technologies.
- Experience in negotiating compensation packages and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or cloud-based platforms like AWS , especially in relation to Oracle technologies.
