Global Purchase Executive

Job Purpose : This role requires maintaining efficient purchase operations and meeting the organizations procurement needs efficiently & timely for UltraCare Pro vertical of the company. • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and maintain relation with existing vendors.
• Evaluate and compare offers from various suppliers to make informed decisions.
• Engage in negotiations to establish favorable contract terms and pricing arrangements.
• Implement a robust order tracking system to ensure the prompt delivery of products.
• Regularly assess and uphold the quality standards of purchased products.
• Maintain order details, including vendors, quantities, and prices, into internal databases.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of purchased products, deliveries, and invoices.
• Proactively monitor stock levels and initiate orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Must have used Alibaba Platform for sourcing and purchase process.
• Should have worked as part of International Procurement Team
• Proficiency in Email writing & in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
