We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ducting Design Engineer/ Junior Engineer to join our team, working on high-profile Swedish railway projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in railway engineering and expertise in ducting and cabling design using MicroStation software. Experience with Overhead Electrification (OHE), signaling, and telecom systems will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Ducting Design:
- Develop and implement ducting designs in both 2D and 3D for Swedish railway projects.
- Ensure efficient and accurate coordination of ducting and cabling within project designs.
- Prepare and manage coordinate lists and technical drawings.
- Maintain detailed documentation to support project needs, including design revisions.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, updates, and issues in English with team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with other engineering teams, particularly those working internationally in Sweden and across Europe.
- Education : 1-5 years experience with Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) or Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in railway engineering, specifically in ducting and cabling design.
- Proficiency in MicroStation for 2D and 3D design work.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in Overhead Electrification (OHE), signaling, and telecom systems.
- Familiarity with international railway standards, particularly those followed in Sweden and Europe.
- Previous experience working on Swedish or European railway projects.
- Advanced technical skills in ducting design, including accurate coordination of cabling.
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork across international boundaries.
- Detail-oriented approach to preparing drawings and managing documentation.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
