Job Description Job Responsibilities: Support the PR team with preparing reports, compiling and analysing data or information as required. Monitor media coverage, compile media clippings and update media lists. Assist with preparing content for LinkedIn and its quarterly report. Provide administrative support such as coordination of meetings, tracking of budget expenses. Support the team with events, programmes and special projects when required. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism and Media Studies, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Marketing, Business, or any related to Communications disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and supporting tools such as Canva. Individual who is meticulous and has a keen eye for details. Well-organized, well-groomed and possesses a pleasant disposition. Interested in meeting and engaging with new people.
