Job Responsibilities: Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders. Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to meet delivery requirements. Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations. Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement. Update and maintain pricing. Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system. Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively. Maintain positive relationships with customers. Perform additional tasks as needed.
