Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely product delivery to clients. Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout warehouse processes. Direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities, both local and export. Strategize and plan deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch while optimizing warehouse space utilization. Monitor staffing levels, train and develop warehouse personnel, and assign workloads to maximize productivity. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through proactive training and operational feedback. Lead risk management initiatives (bizSAFE), identifying and mitigating potential operational risks. Communicate with clients, providing updates on operations and resolving any issues promptly. Report to management on client feedback, operational progress, challenges, and improvements. Manage operational costs, seeking efficiencies without compromising quality or safety. Analyze KPIs to track performance, drive productivity, and improve cost-efficiency. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support warehouse and company goals. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse setting, with proven management skills. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight schedules. Possessing own transport is advantageous but not mandatory.
