Optics Design Engineer

Job Objective: Optical Engineer will be responsible for executing the requirements of designing, testing, and prototyping in the MKU Product RoadMap. Defining USPs in the products to make it highly desirable by customers. This position requires a deep understanding of optics, optoelectronics, and materials science, combined with a practical ability to implement complex optical systems. Design and Development:

• Design and develop optical systems and subsystems for defense applications, including lasers, imaging systems, sensors, and optical instrumentation.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate optical systems into larger defence platforms (e.g., UAVs, missiles, surveillance systems).
• Perform optical simulations, modelling, and analysis using advanced software tools (e.g., Zemax, Code V, LightTools).

Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in optics, optoelectronics, and photonics, and contribute innovative ideas to drive technological advancement in defence systems. Work on new technologies, such as adaptive optics, quantum optics, and advanced photonic materials. B.Tech/M.tech in Optics engineering or related field Must have minimum 1 Yr of relevant experience in Optics Design Please note immediate joiners would be preferred
