Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Riyadh منذ أسبوع Position: Head of Bakery Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Nationality: Any Nationality Education: Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management) Degree Required We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Bakery to oversee all aspects of our baking operations. As the leader of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- You will manage daily baking operations, including production schedules, ingredient preparation, and baking processes.
- You will lead and mentor a team of bakers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- You will develop and maintain standard recipes and procedures to ensure consistency in product quality.
- You will monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- You will ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- You will collaborate with management to develop new product offerings and seasonal menus.
- You will conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of freshness and taste.
- You will troubleshoot issues related to equipment, ingredients, or production processes.
- You will stay updated on industry trends and innovations in baking techniques and ingredients.
- A degree or certificate in culinary arts.
- 5 years of experience as a chef.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language(s) is a plus.
- At least one year in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
