Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing RFQs and technical specifications in order to prepare detailed technical proposals.
- Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs.
- Carrying out negotiations and finalization of orders.
- Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
- Identifying the customer’s current and future requirements.
- Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
- Travelling to visit potential clients.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, including activity and follow-up to goals.
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Communicating with suppliers.
- Motivating the team, including the sales counter, to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Ensuring timely collection of payments and adherence to payment collection systems and procedures as per company policies.
- Coordinating shipping schedules and delivery of materials on time.
- Providing on-the-job training to new sales employees.
- Conducting analysis of competitor products, their costs, and market share.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Liaising and coordinating with overseas principals, local consultants, and contractors.
- Reviewing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Advertising products through e-marketing, implementing trade promotions, and developing field sales action plans.
- Providing technical support via TeamViewer.
- Being prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Having the capacity to work under pressure.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
