Customer Service Officer (up to $3.5k/ Lower Delta) Job Description: Customer Service Officer Job Responsibilities Provide sales support to the Sales Team and undertake the following primary tasks and duties with due diligence: Jobscope Prepare quotations, service memo and invoices to customers Maintain and file documents records Handle general call enquiries Covering of colleagues duties as and when necessary (inter-department) Perform purchasing roles Assist in sourcing of product Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment Prepare and update project progress Prepare and report on progress during weekly meetings Prepare Risk Assessments, Permit to Work forms and scheduling for projects Any other ad-hoc administrative work as assigned by the respective head Requirements Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Knowledge of working with EQO systems such as SAP, Ezy, etc. Ability to speak and write in English Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
