Learn more at responsive.io.About the RoleA strategic role within the Contracts team, leading major negotiations, detecting strategic opportunities, and ensuring the implementation and execution of contract policies and frameworks.Essential ResponsibilitiesLeading contract strategy development and execution.Negotiates high-value or high-risk contracts with major stakeholders according to internal policies and procedures.Lead key initiatives to improve contract management systems, processes, and tools.Supports ongoing operational goals and team commitments.Complements and mentors others on contract drafting.Plays a pivotal role in achieving organizational goals through effective contracting practices throughout the organization.EducationBachelor's degree or Master's Degree in a related field.Experience10 to 12 yrs of experience in contract drafting, with proven focus on SaaS negotiation.Knowledge, Ability & SkillsAdvanced written and verbal English communication skills.Effective CommunicatorEnergetic can-do attitudeAccomplished project lead on Contract Management initiativesTeam player with autonomous initiativeResolute problem solver PRB
