Roles and Responsibilities1. Sourcing profiles from Canada region for the requirements in TCS Canada. Screening them properly before sharing with the project stakeholders.2. Prioritizing critical requirements and staffing them based on provided deadlines.3. Connecting with the on-site client stakeholders regarding requirements and sharing inputs regarding the available profiles.4. Maintaining trackers and reports of profiles submitted, coverage of requirements, etc.5. Supporting the team members on requirements in other geographies countries based on critical needs.6. Well versed in managing job portals like LinkedIn, Monster, etc.Skills Required1. Good communication skills in English2. Astute stakeholder management3. Efficient organizing and planning4. Ability to be creative5. Negotiation skills6.
