Job Title: Healthcare RecruiterJob Location: Remote Job Type: Full-TimeShifts: US Shifts (EST )Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top healthcare professionals to meet our healthcare organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles within healthcare and will be skilled in building relationships, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative support staff.Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of recruiting channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to source candidatesCandidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Offer Management: Present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits, and assist with pre-employment documentation and background checks.Client Interaction: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, timelines, and job specifications. Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts.Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a great candidate experience.Market Research: Stay updated on healthcare recruiting trends, industry regulations, and competitive salary information.Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.Reporting and Metrics: Track and report key performance metrics related to recruitment activities, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.Qualifications:Experience:6+ months of experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably with VMS/MSP Clients.Knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Social Media, and job boards.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
