In this pivotal role, you will lead, grow, and manage a sales team, driving growth strategy, refining sales processes, and quantifying targets through dashboard presentations. You'll be integral in scaling our sales function and achieving exponential business growth at Los Angeles' leading immigration attorney business. This role is for our long-term client, one of the top Law firms in California.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales growth strategy.Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.Establish and refine sales processes for scalability and efficiency.Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets through data-driven strategies and dashboardsMaintain and build relationships with multiple executive stakeholdersExecute and coach consultative sales processes for transformative deals.Collaborate with internal teams to structure and close complex enterprise-level contracts.Drive team performance and provide coaching to achieve individual and team KPIs.Skill Set:Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in consultative sales and relationship management with C-suite executives.Proficiency in creating and presenting dashboards to track sales metrics and outcomes.Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguous situations.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Adept at aligning cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.Requirements and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or enterprise sales.Proven success in scaling an organization's sales function and achieving exponential growth.Experience leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close large-scale deals.Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).A track record of success in VP+ level enterprise sales leadership roles.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and team needs.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance software.Valid B1/B2 US visaAble to work in PST time zones and has experience catering to the North American market.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of transformation in a growing legal services enterprise.
