Job Description for Enterprise Secret Manager (ESM):- Responsible for managing & supporting IAM operations. Involves handling daily BAU tasks, managing user access requests & ensuring compliance with security policies and processes. Responsibilities:BAU Support & UAM:Process & fulfill user access requests.Ensure timely & accurate resolution of requests adhering to SLA policies.Incident Management & troubleshooting.Analyzing issues, coordinating with other teams to resolve technical issues.Identify recurring issues & suggest improvements.Access controls and compliance.Review & implement access requests to ensure they meet security standards (RBAC, least privilege principle)Documentation & knowledge management.Develop and maintain documentation - SOP's, FAQ pages, KB Articles.Update support documents as required to streamline BAU operations. Mandatory Requirements:Familiarity with ITIL processes & ticketing systems (Service now).Understanding of IAM principles (RBAC, MFA).Understanding access controls & user life cycle management.Troubleshooting & resolving Incidents.Communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills & providing accurate solutions to issues.Basic understanding of Azure, AD.
