Final and Pre-Final year students of Design, Industrial design, Computational Design and Product Design programs are encouraged to apply.Work You'll DoYou will work directly with the Product Lead and the product team including software developers (web and mobile), digital content developers, and marketing specialists. UI/ UX Designer will need to build deeper understanding of complex product/ process needs, and articulate innovative design process(s) using which a top-class global product shall be delivered.Be a person in charge of Certimap's product needs, end user experience(s) and global design philosophy (GDP).Establish long range inter-communicating design motifs across Web, Academic Content Development, People, Project Management and Marketing units.Design using principles of User Research and Design Thinking all pertinent User Personas along with detailed User flows, User Journeys, Use Cases and User Scenarios etc. to comprehensibly project, visualize, and showcase user's interaction with the product.Keep User Scenarios, Journeys and Use cases coherent, contextual and updated with the product development practice and end user needs.Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders virtually in a differing time-zone environment.Final and Pre-Final year students of Design, Industrial design, Computational Design and Product Design programs are encouraged to apply.UX & Design ResponsibilitiesBe a diligent 'design product' owner who maintains backlog and develops design assets using agile framework to fulfill Certimap's commitment of delivering best in class user experience.Be valuable, respected and respectful team member.Collaborate and deliver in partnership with application development and product lifecycle teams to ensure visual consistency across all products and business units.Document and maintain UI design specification documents, templates, design project plans etc.Communicate clearly the design solutions through sketches, wireframes, detailed concept designs (DCD) and prototypes.The Team We are a team including seasoned software developers, product innovators, subject matter experts and program managers. We are always on a lookout for applicants who love building great products and are customer focused. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience in UX/UI Design, interaction design, HCI, graphic design, industrial design, computational design and product design etc.Experience creating process flows, user flows, prototypes, highly detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups for ideation stage products and complex applications ( web and mobile).Ability to visualize and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work.Experience building Design Pattern Library (DPL) for UI (Web and Mobile), Marketing Campaigns, strategic Stakeholder Communication Assets.Professional Design skills: UX Research, Information architecture (Mapping & Layouts) , UX documentation, Visual Communication and Visual Hierarchy.Design and deliver graphic and art solutions like logos, illustrations, moodboards etc.Required Tools: You effortlessly use Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator like a pro.PreferredYou have strong understanding of interaction patterns and design language system (DLS).You have experience on building responsive interfaces and experiences using principles of Responsive Web Design (Web and Mobile).You have an ability to multitask efficiently across different products and/ or different design themes within the same product.Because you are a go getter you desire to learn and build products which are new to you and design solutions to complex problems.Working experience with Figma or Axure.Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills.Animation, product video development and video editing skills will be preferred.High emotional intelligence.Final and Pre-Final year students of Design, Industrial design, Computational Design and Product Design programs are encouraged to apply.Perks:Itemised monthly based on jobs delivered.
