Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time Role: Senior Staff - Finance & Accounting About the JobThe experienced senior finance/accounting professional is responsible for overseeing and executing the financial operations of Donyati. Primary duties include preparing and analyzing month-end close activities, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will be involved in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance10+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standardsPerform month-end close activities.Hands-on experience managing invoicing, payroll, AR/AP, and account reconciliations.Cashflow management through cash collectionsManage tax function (in collaboration with an external tax consultant)Prepare financial statements.Prepare yearly 1099s.Support financial audit process (in collaboration with external auditor)Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingAbility to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.Excellent time management skillsStrong Excel working skills.Experience working in the professional services/consulting services industry.The resource must provide complete support to the Donyati US finance team and work in close coordination with them.Preferred RequirementsExperience working with Xero, Bill.com, Paychex, Expensify and/or Financial Force (now called Certinia) preferred PRB
