ETL Test Engineer with SQL

Location: Bangalore, Chennai or GurgaonProject Description:You'll be working with colleagues based across the region in at least three distinct locations. We work as a team together with the aspiration to provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to support the ambitious growth plans. As a test lead, you'll play an important role in making sure we achieve both business and technology objectivesResponsibilities:Support testing roadmap by:Inputting to test completion reports,Carrying out strong analysis of the requirement to define and create test scenarios, test scheduling, the creation and execution of test scripts, and the creation and recording defects.Complete detailed analysis of test results to identify and record defects, e.g. identifying if it's a data defect, a code defect, a mapping issue, etc.Mandatory Skills Description:At least 8 years of experience within the Test Automation domain.Strong SQL is a must-have requirement for the role - experience in writing SQL Queries and investigating SQL Queries, writing complex queries, including joining data from multiple tables, and multiple parameter queriesHands-on experience of database testing and structuresETL testing - understanding data ingestion process where data is ingested each day and transformed in the database, validation of data integrityExperience of agile methodology & practices, agile tools, Dev Ops, data analysis, and lean toolsLanguage: English B2 PRB
