By integrating multiomics data, clinical records, EHR data, and advanced ultrasound imaging, we are building state-of-the-art multimodal AI systems that combine biological, clinical, and imaging insights to improve patient outcomes globally.Our mission is to transform healthcare by developing scalable, AI-driven solutions to detect complex diseases early and accurately.Role: AI Engineer - Deep Neural Networks SpecialistWhat You Will DoAs an AI Engineer at Karyon Bio, you will:1.Design and develop multimodal AI architectures:•Build and implement transformer-based architectures to integrate multiomics, EHR, clinical, and imaging data.•Develop advanced cross-attention mechanisms and multimodal fusion models for heterogeneous data.2.Implement Deep Learning Models:•Utilize CNNs for feature extraction from ultrasound imaging.•Integrate transformers, RNNs, and attention-based models for temporal and high-dimensional clinical/EHR data.3.Data Integration and Preprocessing:•Preprocess and normalize multiomics datasets, clinical data, and ultrasound images.•Develop pipelines for handling missing, noisy, and imbalanced data across modalities.4.Research and Innovation:•Stay updated on state-of-the-art AI techniques, including multimodal transformers, graph neural networks (GNNs), and variational autoencoders.•Collaborate with bioinformaticians, data scientists, and clinicians to fine-tune models and drive scientific breakthroughs.5.Model Interpretability:•Implement explainable AI tools (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to enhance clinical trust and visualization.6.Scalability and Deployment:•Optimize model performance and deploy models on scalable cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).•Integrate APIs and ensure end-to-end model pipelines.Who You AreYou are passionate about solving complex biological and clinical challenges through cutting-edge AI.
