We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer will:• Have an understanding of CSP and MSP model customers & subscriptions.• Have good knowledge of CMPs (Cloud Management Platforms)• Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing, and administering process• Have hands-on Experience in Incident and Service Request Handling• Have the ability to understand and explain related technical issues and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.• Have an understanding of CSP Onboarding/Offboarding and Customer Account Management• Provide ongoing support to the client on an as-needed basis.• Be responsible for service request/ incident management in 24
