Job Title: Business Development Associate (Healthcare Sector - B2C Focus)Company: Skillarbitrage Location: Remote (Work From Home) Salary: Competitive Should Have own laptop and internet connectionResponsibilities: - Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of Skillarbitrage's healthcare courses to potential students, ensuring alignment with their professional goals.- Need to do business development for the courses like NCLEX, OPRA, GPAT, NIPER, KEPS etc- Drive B2C sales by actively reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms.- Conduct engaging virtual consultations and presentations to help individuals make informed decisions about course enrollment.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by following up and addressing their queries promptly.- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine campaigns and generate high-quality leads.- Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback, helping to continuously improve course offerings.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.- Proven experience in B2C sales or business development, preferably in ed-tech or the healthcare sector.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets in a remote work environment.- Familiarity with CRM tools and online meeting platforms is an advantage.Benefits: - Fully remote role with a competitive salary.- Opportunity to work with a growing company focused on healthcare education.- Dynamic work culture with room for growth and professional development.
