Headquartered in the UK, Mitra has been servingglobal clients for the last 12 years in the US, UK, EU and APAC, across industries such as BFSI,telecommunications, healthcare, and retail, helping businesses modernize and optimize theiroperations.Working modeThis is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT, REMOTE role Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities• Ability to understand requirements and technical reference documents and be able toreview and escalate any issues/gaps during the initial stage of the project.• Ability to write manual test cases and execute them.• Ability to report test results to the leads and defect reporting.• Responsible for automating different types of applications, such as desktop, web,mobile & API based on an identified scope.• Responsible for setting up the automation framework and environments required forsuccessful completion of Automation.• Responsible for automating test scripting and test execution.• Responsible for fixing any issues on automation scripts.• Responsible for conducting performance testing.• Ability to understand, troubleshoot and differentiate defects, data issues andrequirement gaps.• Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations/update of risks, issues, statusand exemptions to leadership.• Effective communication with the team, leadership, internal and external customerscovering all aspects of team needs.• Awareness of different software development and QA methodologies.• Stay up to date with the latest automation tools, technologies and trends.Required Skills & Competencies• Knowledge in Web and Mobile technologies.• Hands on experience in API Automation using RestSharp• Hands on experience in API Testing using Postman• Hands on experience in Selenium + C# and Specflow BDD Framework• Knowledge and exposure to Play Write Automation• Knowledge in Performance testing using JMeter, Gatlin, Locust & etc• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation• Good analytical skills, troubleshooting and resolution skills• Ability to self-learn and grasp the knowledge quickly• Experience in banking/fintech applications testingRequired Experience & Qualifications• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.• More than 7 years of QA experience• Hands on 5 years of experience in API Automation using RestSharp is Mandatory PRB
