We are working on V2 of the product, which is a complete revamp with a focus on helping services with AI enabled project management, resource management and client delivery interface.Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.Oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and more.Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and cohesive messaging.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Act as a brand ambassador, representing SmartTask at industry events and conferences.Refine customer insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.Build a world-class team environment and culture, overseeing hiring, training, and general management activities.Ideal Candidates Will:Enjoy building businesses from the ground up.Embrace calculated risks and full responsibility for all aspects of sales and marketing funnel.Thrive in solving problems that take businesses from 0 to 1 and beyond.Required Experience and Skills:3+ years in roles such as founder, senior marketing role (preferably within a startup or high-growth environment)Knowledge of B2B SaaS business, revenue drivers, and key performance metrics.Experience with early-stage organic marketing (SEO, Content Marketing are must)Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.Ability to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with a strong ability to 'sell' a vision and communicate with large audiences.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Entrepreneurial experience preferred, even if the company didn't succeed.
