Software Engineering Manager

Avalara is growing, and we are developing a unified One Content Platform to source and manage all tax and compliance content. Imagine having all the world's compliance information in one place. As part of this initiative, you will lead a team of 8-10 software engineers, including Software Engineers in Test and SREs, to bring Avalara's vision to life. While we prefer candidates based in Pune, we are open to remote candidates with a strong background and relevant skill set.In addition, we are transforming how our researchers work by harnessing the power of Generative AI.
