The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with essential communication skills, enhancing their personality development, and preparing them for job interviews, presentations, and professional environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery:Conduct interactive sessions on spoken English, business communication, and public speaking.Teach and enhance soft skills, including interpersonal skills, body language, and etiquette.Provide training in interview preparation, resume building, and professional grooming.Curriculum Development:Design, customize, and update training materials and lesson plans as per students' needs.Develop activities, role-plays, and simulations to ensure an engaging learning experience.Skill Assessment:Assess students' communication and presentation skills at the beginning and throughout the training.Provide constructive feedback and track students' progress regularly.Workshop and Seminar Facilitation:Organize workshops, mock interviews, and group discussions to simulate real-world scenarios.Facilitate team-building and confidence-building activities.Student Mentorship:Provide one-on-one mentoring to students requiring additional support.Motivate and guide students to build their self-confidence and career aspirations.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and performance.Prepare reports and share updates with management as required.Qualifications and SkillEducationBachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communications, Psychology, Education, or related fields. Certification in soft skills or English training is a plusExperience2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field.
