We are currently hiring for our client, a leading consulting firm in the Oracle Fusion domain, seeking Oracle Fusion Benefits consultants for a variety of ongoing projects.Job Summary:The Oracle Fusion Benefits Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Benefits applications, providing functional expertise in benefits processes, and offering solutions to business users. This role will involve working across multiple customer projects, providing consultative support, and assisting in both the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions.Key Responsibilities:Oracle Fusion Benefits Implementation: Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions, including benefit programs, plans, enrollment and eligibility rules.Benefits Conversion & Open Enrollments: Expertise in conducting benefits conversions and supporting open enrollments, ensuring smooth transitions and system readiness.Life Event Triggers & Event Rules: Demonstrate expertise in configuring life event triggers and collapsing event rules to meet customer requirements.Fast Formulas & HDL: Configure and manage Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data integration and automation of business processes.HCM Extracts: Work with HCM Extracts to provide business intelligence and reporting solutions for the benefits module.Consultative Support: Provide high-level consultative support to business users, helping them with 'How To' queries and solving complex business challenges.Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, managing client relationships and helping identify opportunities for further solutioning.Shift Work Flexibility: The role requires flexibility to work in various shifts based on customer needs and project demands.Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Fusion Benefits: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Benefits modules and advanced business processes.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in configuring benefit programs, enrollment rules, life events, and handling benefit-related queries.Experience with Fast Formulas & HDL: Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts.Consultative Approach: Ability to engage customers in consultative conversations, leading discussions that may evolve from basic support to full design and implementation solutions.Flexible Shift Availability: Willingness to work in flexible shift hours to meet customer requirements across 24x7 operations.Experience with Annuity Contracts: Previous experience in a leveraged model working with multiple customers on annuity-based contracts.Additional Information:Customer-Facing Role: As part of a dynamic team, you will be expected to not only resolve issues but also engage in high-level strategic discussions with clients, assisting them in designing and implementing Oracle solutions that align with their long-term business objectives.Team Collaboration: You will work in collaboration with other consultants, technical teams, and customers to provide seamless solutions across multiple projects.Why Join Us:Work in a fast-paced, consultative environment that offers a variety of challenges and opportunities.Flexibility with working hours, catering to global 24x7 customer requirements.Exposure to working with multiple clients and projects, broadening your experience and skill set in Oracle Fusion Benefits.If you are a skilled Oracle Fusion Benefits professional with a consultative mindset and a flexible approach to working hours, we would love to hear from you.
