Looking for Immediate Joiners preferably from Non IT Industry.Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - HR Experience: 8-12 yearsLocation: PuneRole Overview:As Assistant Manager / Manager - HR you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR operations and processes. This role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery of HR services, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction, and aligning processes with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations and Service DeliveryOversee day-to-day operations of HR, including employee life-cycle management (onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.).Ensure compliance with SLAs, process accuracy, and timely resolution of employee queriesHandle payroll computation and ensure timely submission to relevant stakeholders for disbursement.Maintain accurate, auditable employee records, payroll documentation, and transaction history.Manage HR data, systems, and analytics to generate meaningful insights and reports2. Advisory and Consultation: Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions. Offer guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change management. Advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.3. Process Improvement and ComplianceIdentify gaps in current processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, organizational policies, and labour laws in all HR processes.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration across functions like payroll, and finance.4. Technology and Systems ManagementIdentify and leverage cost effective HR technology platforms for process automation and improvement.Collaborate with vendor teams to resolve system issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations.5. Stakeholder EngagementAct as the key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions tailored to business needs.Qualifications and Experience:Educational BackgroundMBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.Experience8-12 years of relevant experience in HR.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing HR operations at scale.Technical SkillsStrong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Familiarity with ticketing systems and process automation tools.Key Competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
