Operations Associate

Grow Your Staff is looking for an Operations Associate for a custom apparel company from New York, USA. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in New York.Experience required: 2-5 yearsCTC: INR 7-11 LPA + Night Shift AllowanceLocation: RemoteTime: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)Responsibilities Order TeamResolve stock issue tickets, licensing tickets, and other miscellaneous tickets efficiently.Serve as a backup for the Order Processing team during periods of low order pool volume.Process sample orders and manage associated documentation.Update Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings to maintain accurate production data.Perform ad hoc tasks and support additional responsibilities during the slow season.Prepare reports and contribute to reporting tasks and projects as required.Pre-Order TeamProvide accurate pricing quotes using available tools and resources.Collaborate with teams to resolve order issues, share feedback, and enhance the licensing experience at the company.Monitor timelines and address licensing-related inquiries from Campus Managers.Conduct order verification, data entry for reporting, and Shopify/Group order checks.Assign schools when client-provided proofs are received directly.Upload proofs to licensing portals to facilitate single-use license processing.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Operations/Business, or a related field1-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar domainProven ability to handle complex tasks and meet tight deadlines effectivelyStrong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills PRB
