Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead our outbound sales efforts and help grow Notchup, a leading B2B SaaS platform. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, engaging prospects, and building our client base globally, focusing on medium to large companies.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute outbound B2B sales strategies to grow Notchup.Understand how Notchup's platform solves customer problems better than competitors.Target and engage medium to large businesses, finding new prospects and sales channels.Develop email sequences, calling scripts, and outbound campaigns (email, cold calling, ).Manage the entire sales process: from lead generation to booking demo meetings, closing deals, and driving platform sign-ups.Upsell to paid plans by helping leads activate and use platform features.Track monthly targets for junior team members and help grow the inside sales team over time.Work with marketing and growth teams to improve lead generation strategies.Collaborate with the Product team to share feedback and suggest improvements.Optimize lead generation tools and processes to make efforts more efficient and scalable.Attend industry events and conferences as needed.Ideal Candidate:7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in HRTech SaaS for tech companies, targeting US and UK markets.Proven experience in B2B lead generation using email, , and cold calling.Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and competitors.Experience with sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Pipedrive) and able to generate sales on your own.Comfortable reporting on KPIs and sales performance.Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Attention to detail, strong process management, and sales reporting.Willing to grow within the company and eventually manage the sales division.
