We cannot stress enough the importance of this function for our customers, so we are looking forward to a seasoned Service professional who can make a lasting positive impact in the following areas:To attend a service call remotely and support the customer to resolve the issue remotely.If issue is not solved resolved remotely, based on entitlement call to be scheduled to the field service engineerTo comply the response time as per agreed SLA against the service contracts agreed with Clients.To focus on Customer satisfaction score and feedback rate.To perform the activities with maximum Efficiency to meet predefined targets.Maximize the Number of jobs attended per Day and utilize the maximum working hours while maintaining customer loyalty.Ensure that maximum leads are generated through the cross-selling program and timely communication of promo offers.To engage with the customers and have good communication & customer handling skills to meet customer satisfaction scores.Ensure that maximum leads are generated through the cross-selling program and timely communication of promo offers.To develop competencies for new instrument portfolios by self-learning and initiative or training.Taking ownership and showing flexibility to the organizational needs.Position based in out in India any region.Profile of CandidateWe are looking for a Service professional who is willing to develop his/her career in the fast-growing Service business and expect to have minimum of the below:Experience in the relevant field job up to 2-3 YearsCall QualifierLocation: IndiaExperience in handling Installations of Life Science products like NGS, Genetic analyser, Real Time PCR, PCR, Liquid handling Robotics, etc. Preferred OEMs - Thermo, Hamilton, Illumina, Tecan..Experience in handling Breakdowns of above productsBasic knowledge on Accessories and ApplicationsProblem Solving skillsGood in Internal and External CommunicationOur OfferA professional and multinational business climate in an evolving life sciences company that gives equal importance to employees, customers, and vendors•A learning environment where the employee constantly is able to gain knowledge in new frontiers of science and management•A competive package that meets or exceeds industry standards rewarding achievers PRB
