Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director - Mines, Metals & Cement Division

We are looking for:MBA / Masters in Economics with knowledge of mining & steel industry and relevant experience of 4-9 years. Candidates with prior experience in policy/events and understanding of the mining / metals industry having understanding of steel, non-ferrous metals, cement & mining sectors are preferredThe scope of work requires a person with:Knowledge on mining / metals industry having understanding of steel, non-ferrous metals, cement & mining sectorsAbility to interact with industry and governmentsTo understand the sector and conduct research along with report development, the candidate should have research bent of mind and be good at report / proposal development along with strong writing skillsPrimary responsibility of managing communication to and between various stakeholders including the members of the committee, representatives of steel, non-ferrous & mining organizations and government dignitariesIdentifying industry specific issues for conversion into event platformsStrong liasoning skillsKnowledge of how to conduct eventsStrong media orientation and social media promotional skillsPrincipal Accountabilities:Research (Primary and Secondary) Ability to collect primary data, analyze secondary data.
