Role Overview:As the General Claims Manager (Non Motor), you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient handling and processing of non-motor insurance claims at our company. You will lead a team of claims staffs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service to our policyholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the non-motor claims department, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.Develop and implement efficient claims handling procedures in accordance with Islamic insurance principles and regulatory requirements.Review and assess complex non-motor insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and adherence to policy terms and conditions.Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting and legal to resolve complex claims issues and mitigate risks.Monitor claims trends and identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including policyholders, brokers, and third-party service providers.Prepare and present claims reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; insurance certification is a plus.Proven experience in non-motor insurance claims management, preferably insurance backgroundStrong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulations governing non-motor claims.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex claims issues and develop effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.SkillsLeadershipClaims ManagementRegulatory ComplianceCommunicationAnalytical SkillsProblem-SolvingInterpersonal SkillsTeam ManagementTechnology ProficiencyLanguage Skills (English; Arabic is advantageous)
