Network Security Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. What You Will Do:

As a Senior Network Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our complex network infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the networks that our business operations and cybersecurity services depend on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure network infrastructure to support the company’s operations and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues, analyze network traffic, and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures, including firewall administration, intrusion detection systems, and VPN management.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
• Lead network projects, including upgrades and migrations, from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and technical staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on security.
• Extensive experience with network technologies (e.g., LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Proficiency in network security measures, protocols, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring team members.
• AWS certified.
• Must be eligible for security clearance.
