Job Opening > RODOD Architect-(Relocation Job) RODOD Architect-(Relocation Job) About the Role We are looking for an experienced  RODOD Architect  to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role focuses on delivering large-scale solution implementations for Communications Service Providers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Oracle's RODOD (Rapid Offer Design & Order Delivery) stack. This role will be integral in managing the design and implementation of solutions that support complex telecom business functions, working closely with senior stakeholders, development teams, and Oracle. Responsibilities Scope and deliver large solution implementations for telecom clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Capture and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment across business functions and IT. Review and enhance application and integration designs to ensure compliance with solution designs and technology blueprints. Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to capture their needs and define solution deliverables in collaboration with the Oracle delivery team. Define and implement Lead to Cash process flows within RODOD, leveraging Oracle Order to Activate cartridges for CRM, BRM, and OSM. Manage customer expectations on project scope, roles, responsibilities, and change management processes. Act as an advocate for the Oracle solution, maximizing the use of standard Oracle processes and promoting business-differentiating capabilities. Mentor junior team members, leading both onsite and remote project activities to ensure alignment and success. Build trust and consensus among stakeholders, driving workshops and discussions on billing/charging-related requirements. Mandatory Skills & Experience Telecom Architecture Knowledge : Deep understanding of telecom IT architecture, specifically RODOD architecture, BSS, and OSS, across various implementation phases. End-to-End Order Flow : Comprehensive visibility of order flow across systems, including CRM, BRM, AIA, OSM, UIM, ASAP, and GSM Services (Prepaid/Postpaid, MPLS, IPLC, Broadband, VoIP). Project Lifecycle Expertise : Proven experience delivering projects through all stages—architecture, design, implementation, testing, migration, governance, and change management. Customer-Facing Skills : Strong domain skills, able to lead workshops and discussions on telecom billing, charging, and architecture. Billing & Charging Knowledge : Expertise in prepaid/postpaid, convergent billing, and charging architecture with related integrations (e.g., mediation, voucher management, taxation). Industry Standards Familiarity : Understanding of TM Forum ODA, 3GPP Charging, IFRS, regulatory policies, and regional best practices. Technical Skills Enterprise Architecture Tools : Proficiency in using tools to capture requirements, design, and develop test cases. Methodology Adaptability : Experience in Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and DevOps environments. Programming Knowledge : Background in programming (C, C++, Java, Python) and RDBMS experience. Integration & Cloud : Understanding of REST architecture, modern integration paradigms, and Cloud Native tools. Qualifications Experience : 14+ years in the telecom industry with a focus on BSS/OSS and RODOD, with at least 10 years in business requirements capture and IT lifecycle management. Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of Oracle's RODOD solution, Lead to Cash process flows, and Order to Activate cartridges customization. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, manage customer expectations, and drive projects with diverse, distributed teams. Preferred Experience Knowledge of  Siebel  and  Product Catalog Modelling . Familiarity with  Diameter protocol  and  telecom regulatory standards .
