Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Our goal is to turn car buying into an experience of delight, comfort and peace of mind.We are on the lookout for ambitious, competitive, growth-minded professionals to help us continue to harness technology to delight our customers and achieve our ambitious growth objectives in the auto sector.All Syarah employees are expected to work in accordance with Syarah core values: Tolerance, Transparency, Respect, Integrity and Positivity.The Sales Director - Online Automotive will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the online automotive sector.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the online automotive market. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment, with a focus on building the team. Sales Team Building: Recruit and build a strong sales team, ensuring it is well-equipped to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Acquisition: Oversee client acquisition efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding our customer base. Revenue Growth: Set ambitious revenue targets, monitor progress, and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed sales goals within the automotive sector. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the online automotive sector to drive informed decision-making. Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team and make data-driven improvements within the automotive industry. Sales Collateral: Develop and manage sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the online automotive market with the Marketing Department. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and strategies within the automotive sector. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the sales department, tracking and reporting on financial performance. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). (7) years of experience in senior sales roles, with a strong preference for candidates with a proven track record in the automotive industry. Extensive experience in sales leadership, client acquisition, managing teams and exceeding revenue targets in the online automotive sector. Comprehensive knowledge of online automotive market dynamics and industry trends is a plus. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams. Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management.
