Identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions.The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet business needs.Work with business stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Gather and document requirements and create functional specifications for development teams.Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure that solutions meet business needs.Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.Perform data analysis and develop data models and workflows.Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures.Review the training material and user manual and conduct package specific training for the client.Develop and review the SOW (statement of work) before signed.Evaluate vendors in collaboration with the Pre-Sales team.Participate in the initiatives and R&D if needed.Review/Compile the compliance Matrix to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed IT platform and submit to the presales team to comply with the overall proposal.Conduct awareness sessions with the project team to explain project scope and objectives.Review all the TO BE processes and applications requirement deliverables developed by the Software Architect to ensure technical soundness, adherence to the project scope, and meeting customer expectations.Personal SkillsPassionate about design solutions and necessary customization in collaboration with the team or independently to fulfill customer requirements.Strong personal ownership and ability to set and meet high professional standards, flexible and responsive work style.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Excellent command of English.Technical Skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).- 4 - 6 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering products to the market.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Solid understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.- Familiarity with product management tools and software.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- A passion for innovation and the ability to think strategically.- Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.- Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA and Trello.- Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases is a plus.- Experience in using data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.- Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as Rational DOORS and ARIS.EducationB.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science, Business.Job Division: EBSGovernment Business Solutions LoB.Established to create a client base and a revenue stream from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the telecoms, utilities, oil & gas, and government sectors.
