The Noel Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all operational activities within our client's corporate catering and hospitality department at the prestigious venue in Dublin. As a key leader within our client organization, you will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage all Event Management and Logistics for all large-scale events Oversee all aspects of operational activities within the corporate catering and hospitality department Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and transparency within the operations team Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the corporate catering or hospitality industry Ability to manage different sites Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices within the catering and hospitality sector Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace Salary €60,000 to €65,000 plus 10% Bonus Skills: Operation team lead finacial
