We are currently offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as Smart Start HR People Partner Process Development.
- Support Process Development and lean management activities in HR related area
- Support HR recruitment and people partnering processes
- Support HR Strategy projects and digitization activities
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Industrial Engineering or Social Sciences
- Very good command in English
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge in process analyzing process mapping and digital tools is an asset
- Being collaborative and customer oriented
- Good communication and team working skills
- Eager to learn
