Junior Consultant- Freshers or 1 Year Experience [BLR-KOL-DEL]

Job Description AvancerPI Solutions is looking for passionate and talented Junior Consultants to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, hardware, networking, storage, and virtualization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in solving real-world IT challenges. Scripting skills are a valuable addition and will provide opportunities to enhance automation capabilities. Responsibilities Infrastructure Management

• Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure components.
• Support the implementation and optimization of virtualization and HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) solutions like Nutanix and VMware.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist in the deployment and support of IT services, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, OS, networking, and virtualization.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in infrastructure technologies, including HCI, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team discussions to enhance technical expertise.

• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and debug scripts to optimize performance and reliability.

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to the enhancement and upgrading of systems based on project goals and requirements.

• Operating Systems : Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)
• Virtualization and HCI : Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V
• Networking : Firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routing protocols
• Storage Solutions : SAN, NAS, and distributed storage systems
• Scripting : Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Automation : Tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
• Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of OS, hardware, networking, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Exposure to IT infrastructure tools and concepts, such as HCI and network troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Nutanix NCP, VMware VCP, CCNA) are highly desirable.
