This role is pivotal in shaping, enhancing, and managing the brand identity of Juniors Group of Companies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a keen understanding of branding principles, and the ability to drive consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Brand Development:

• Assist in creating and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

• Plan, execute, and analyze branding campaigns that align with the company’s vision.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including print, digital, and social media assets.

• Coordinate and oversee branding activities during events, especially Junior’s Fashion Week.
• Work closely with event teams to ensure seamless integration of brand elements.

• Conduct market research to understand customer perceptions and industry trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve brand positioning.

• Liaise with internal teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
