Joining: Immediate Requirements : · 6+ years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry. · Ability to lead and manage the team. · Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting IT talent for contract and permanent positions. · Strong understanding of the IT job market and recruitment trends. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. · Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
