Company Description PedalStart is a startup founders' community and accelerator that enables passionate founders to connect with experienced experts, successful startup founders, and investors. Role Description PedalStart is looking for a Human Resources Associate who will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Associate will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing performance management programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment [1-3 Years Experienced]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across functions
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
- This is a 6 days full-time in-office role from our Gurgaon Bangalore office
- CTC Range: INR 4-7 LPA
