Role: Jr. Graphic Designer Compensation: INR 3 LPA to INR 3.6 LPA  Location: Khar West, Mumbai ( Strictly work from office only )  The most exciting part about this role: You will create and design captivating visuals that bring India's most innovative soft skills training experience to life. Our purpose  Formerly known as X Billion Skills Lab, The Smart Fellowship is building an ‘automation-proof’ workforce for bharat. We are rooting for ‘team humans’ by training graduates to start thinking, solving and communicating beyond what a.i can do at work. We want smart fellows to thrive alongside a.i and remain in control, instead of being replaced by it. What we do The Smart Fellowship is an in-person workplace simulation where smart fellows master essential soft skills, behavioral skills and cognitive skills which are now ‘must haves’ for entry level jobs across sectors and domains. Skills taught include critical thinking, creative problem solving (jugaad), first principles thinking and emotional intelligence.  What is so unique about us Instead of a passive learning 1 way experience, each cohort/batch operates like an ‘imaginary company’ and the fellows are core team members. They have to make decisions, solve problems and craft compelling communication. The trainer roleplays as a founder and is a mentor, constructive critique and guide. Through these role play based simulations, fellows master mental models and techniques for how to think, communicate and solve across 100+ generalistic business scenarios. Your role: Reporting to: Chief Operations Architect - The Smart Fellowship KRAs: 

1. Creating futuristics and engaging visuals for social media, marketing material, decks and learning content in accordance with our brand guidelines.
2. Conduct research on various design principles to identify the most suitable approaches for our product and vision.
3. Work closely with different teams to develop design concepts and incorporate feedback.
4. Assist in the creation of video content by designing motion graphics and visual effects.
5. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all materials.

Who are we looking for? Background and experience:

• 2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic designer.
• Currently located in Mumbai
• Portfolio or work samples showcasing design aptitude, creativity, depth of thought and the ability to solve complex design problems.
• Strong understanding of common UX and UI patterns.
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Efficient with digital tools and Google G Suite.
