The Role: Our client is a premier taxi service provider in Dublin and is seeking a professional and efficient Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth running of the office Responsibilities: Preparing, issuing, and tracking invoices for customers and corporate clients. Recording and processing incoming payments accurately in financial systems. Reconciling bank statements and accounts to maintain accurate records. Tracking and managing company expenses within budget guidelines. Handling client account queries, adjustments, and overdue payments. Preparing financial reports for management review. Monitoring outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections. Assisting with general office duties, including filing and correspondence. The Person: Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment The Offer: Salary of between €30,000 - €35,000 Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
