About the Role As Breast Care Program Manager, you will: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of breast care services, ensuring patient comfort and seamless navigation through diagnostic and treatment pathways. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, and specialist nurses. Oversee quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic service growth, including genetics/genomics and high-risk clinics. Recruit, train, and mentor breast care services staff, fostering an environment of learning and innovation. Represent the organization in national and community health initiatives, staying at the forefront of advancements in breast care. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while advancing breast care programs in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. About You We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader with: Essential Qualifications & Experience: NMBI Registration (for Clinical Nurse Specialist aspects). A relevant postgraduate qualification in Breast Care or Oncology Nursing. A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, including 3 years in oncology or surgical care. Desirable: MSc in Nursing or related field. Advanced skills in project management, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. A proactive approach to patient care, team management, and service development.
