The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Managerto lead our busy service department. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-brand service department, ensuring outstanding customer service, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve their full potential. Customer Focus: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, quality service and resolving customer concerns effectively. Operational Excellence: Oversee the workshop schedule, ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and maintain efficiency in workflows. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs such as service revenue, productivity, and customer retention, and implement strategies for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all operations meet legal and manufacturer standards, including health and safety regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including parts, sales, and warranty teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience. What Were Looking For Proven experience in a managerial role within a multi-brand aftersales or service environment. Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and best practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in service management software and reporting tools.
