This critical leadership role involves overseeing procurement, planning, vendor management, logistics, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary link between the plant and the broader supply chain network.Ensure compliance with all warehousing, distribution, and regulatory standards.Collaborate on production scheduling and manage raw material procurement within budget.Optimize inventory levels, minimize obsolescence, and ensure uninterrupted production.Drive process improvements and lead a team of subject matter experts across planning, MES, and master data.Manage vendor relationships to meet cost, quality, and performance objectives.Oversee customs compliance, including audits and revenue reporting.Qualifications:Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.8+ years of supply chain experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation, contract management, and team leadership skills.Proficiency in integrated manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP).
