We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our paint sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the paint or coatings industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the paint market and industry trends. Designations: Sr. Branch Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager/Sr. Divisional Sales Manager Type – Permanent Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 08 years of experience in the paint or coatings industry. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 5. In-depth knowledge of the paint market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer segments. 6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. 7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis. 8. Customer-focused approach with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships. 9. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events. 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
