About the RoleAre you ready to lead a renowned, high-energy restaurant in Central London, with an impressive weekly revenue? We're looking for an experienced General Manager who combines commercial acumen with a hands-on approach, overseeing all aspects of operations from the floor to the kitchen.What You'll DoAs the General Manager, you'll have full P&L responsibility, driving team development, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
