Our successful candidate will have:

• At least two years' experience as a Barista in a fast paced environment.
• A strong focus on customer service and a genuine desire for crafting memorable experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
